High antioxidant foods to include in your diet
Antioxidants are a large and varied group of plant chemicals that, in many cases, have been shown to offer cancer protection. Aim to increase your intake of antioxidants on a regular basis by eating more of these where possible:

● Brightly coloured fruits and bitter foods
● Extra virgin olive oil
● Nuts and seeds
● Herbs and spices
● Garlic
● Fresh coffee
● Tea (especially green or Matcha tea)
● Dark chocolate (ideally over 75% cocoa solids)
● Berries
Top tip: Frozen berries are a great option when they’re not in season.
“Eating mindfully and with pleasure is known to improve nutrient uptake in the body. This is a huge health win.”
