SATCC Advisory Board

The SATCC Advisory Board, led by SATCC Founder Sue Harmsworth MBE, is formed of a group of leading professionals from the sectors of health, wellbeing, spa, education, training and specialist products.  In total, they have a combined 327 years of expertise and have trained over 10,000 therapists to be able to confidently welcome anyone living with cancer to receive a spa treatment.  The Advisory Board have come together to support and grow the Standards Authority for Touch in Cancer Care (SATCC).

Their common aim is to ensure that the charitable objectives of the SATCC are met. The SATCC is an independent and governing body promoting a national standard of training in cancer massage to the UK and Ireland for spas, salons, therapists.  The Board’s aims are to ensure that those touched by cancer are easily able to access a well-trained therapist and to be a source of support and information.
